I only had a short window to work on this particular Laptop yet again but I was able to copy it on A different unused Computer system (Home windows XP vs Windows 7 on the original dilemma Laptop) at the location. ShoreTel explained to reimage the Laptop even though it absolutely was reproducible with a individual Computer system - so I believed the
